Attendees of the Safe Patient Handling & Movement Conference in San Francisco determined that the winner is REDpoint International! The Versatilt was declared the ‘Best New Product of 2009, West Coast Safe Patient Handling Conference’.
The University of South Florida College of Nursing & the Veteran’s Administration have been hosting a conference for 9 years, in the East & in the West, on Safe Patient Handling. It is attended in large numbers by nurses, doctors, physical therapists, Safe Patient Handling Program Coordinators, consultants, dentists and administrators.
The ground swell of activity demanding safe patient legislation is huge. There are now 9 states with laws on the books to help to protect our caregivers.
