When first starting out using Joomla as our CMS working platform we at Joomla Unlimited did a lot of research into templates. As we were new to Joomla good documentation and customer support was a high priority in our decision of what templates to use.
Although there are a lot of terrific templates to use for Joomla we did not want to use a free one as you never know who designed it and documentation was not existent. Also there was no customer support.
Joomla Unlimited decided to use Joomlashines Template Epic.
Since this decision we have never regretted it as the customer support is terrific. The documentation is more of a book. Joomlashine even went as far as to change some PHP code for me so the user positions were more to my liking on the homepage.
We will continue to use this Joomla Template as we are very satisfied with not only the template but the customer support.
